1. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
• All payments are processed securely via PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

2. Order Cancellation and Modification

• You may contact our customer service to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
• To modify an order (e.g., change address or products), please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist.

3. Prices and Currency

• All product prices on this Site are shown and settled in USD (United States Dollars).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.
• Once shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing, with arbitration language being Chinese. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability
