1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. During promotions or holidays, processing time may be slightly extended, and we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship via international express couriers. Our carrier partners include DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS. The most suitable shipping method will be automatically selected at checkout based on your address and order weight. For special shipping requests, please contact our customer service.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (calculated from the date of shipment):

  • North America (USA, Canada): 10-18 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-18 business days
  • Middle East: 12-22 business days
  • Other Regions: 15-25 business days

Please note: These are estimated times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance and local logistics conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 USD (limited to selected countries/regions — please check checkout page for details).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address. You can track your package on the carrier’s website or our order tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. US Customs Clearance (Section 321 / T86)

⚠️ Important Notice for US Customers:
Effective May 2026, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has closed the “T86 de minimis” clearance channel. All shipments entering the United States, regardless of value, are now subject to formal customs declaration and applicable duties.

Buyer Responsibility: You must provide a valid importer tax ID (EIN or SSN) for customs clearance. If your package is detained, returned, or destroyed due to inaccurate information, undervalued declaration, or misuse of another party’s customs credentials, you will be responsible for all associated costs (including but not limited to demurrage, storage, return shipping, customs fines). No refund will be issued.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

⚠️ Important Notice: The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We have no control over the customs clearance process and cannot estimate customs fees. If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned, no refund will be issued, and the buyer will bear all return shipping costs.

8. Abandoned Cargo at Destination Port

⚠️ Important Notice (Under China Maritime Law 2026 Revision):

  • If the consignee (buyer) fails to complete customs clearance and take delivery within 7 days after the cargo arrives at the destination port, we will notify the buyer via email and WhatsApp.
  • If the buyer still fails to arrange delivery or cannot be contacted within 7 days after receiving the notice, the cargo will be deemed abandoned.
  • The buyer agrees to bear all costs arising from the abandonment, including but not limited to: demurrage, storage fees, customs fines, return shipping, and disposal fees.
  • We reserve the right to pursue reimbursement of all such costs from the buyer, and the buyer remains liable for the original order amount.
  • We have the right to dispose of abandoned cargo without further notice. Disposal proceeds will first be applied to the above costs, with any shortfall still payable by the buyer.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and use reasonable efforts to find alternative shipping solutions. No refunds will be issued for force majeure delays unless the carrier officially declares the package lost.

10. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If the package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. We recommend reviewing the address in your confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 business days at support@toolmeat.com with your order number and photo evidence (if damaged). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
